I earned my industrial mechanic engineering degree from the Institute Technological of Chihuahua. I've worked as an online and in-person tutor for the past seven years, as well as built my own business in construction materials over the past 18. Classroom-based teaching has taught me that every student has unique academic needs to achieve full mastery of the subject. As a tutor, I focus on my student's individual qualities, learning style, and academic goals to encourage development. I believe every student deserves the best education available to them and tutoring is a valuable supplement to traditional education. I enjoy tutoring in science and math, as well as Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish, as well as passionate about Latin-American culture. I can work with my students to prepare them for an upcoming test, whether they are taking the SAT, PSAT, or AP exams. I can help someone learn conversational Spanish for an upcoming trip or fill in their pre-calculus foundation to improve their grasp of more complex topics. I put together creative learning plans that incorporate activities that engage the student while making learning fun. When I'm not tutoring, I enjoy watching sports on TV or live, as well as reading and watching films.
